SheArose Foundation was birthed out of a vision to see women across Africa and beyond discover their voice, rise above limitations, and walk boldly in purpose.
It began as a simple dream a call to heal, empower, and unite women through stories, mentorship, and leadership. Over the years, that dream has evolved into a global platform of transformation and sisterhood.
At SheArose, we believe every woman carries a story powerful enough to ignite change. Our goal is to create spaces like the SheArose Summit where those stories can be shared, celebrated, and multiplied.
Through summits, workshops, and empowerment programs, we have reached women in multiple African countries, giving them tools to grow emotionally, spiritually, and professionally.
What began as one voice has become a symphony of thousands a rising chorus of women determined to lead, heal, and build a better world for the next generation.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Dr. Kadijatu Grace Kamara is the visionary Founder of the SheArose Foundation and Convener of the SheArose Summit -a movement birthed from from a place of dissatisfaction and her passion to ensure that every woman is seen, heard, healed and empowered to walk boldly in purpose.
A renowned counselor, psychologist, and mental wellness advocate, she has spent over a decade equipping women and young people with the confidence, resilience, and leadership skills needed to rise above limitations and influence change in their communities.
Through initiatives like The Psychology of Winning, the Yaweis Institute, and the SheArose Motivational Platform, Dr. Kamara has impacted thousands, helping them discover identity, unleash potential, and lead with courage.

Today, while serving as the Deputy Minister of Tourism and Cultural Affairs in Sierra Leone, she continues to amplify voices, build platforms for transformation, and expand access to opportunities for women across Africa and the world.
